To the entire Palmer-Davey family, our deepest sympathies go out to you all at this sorrowful time. It is with much fondness that we remember Mary Jane and recall many wonderful times spent with her, Mike and their children. Mary Jane was the lifelong best friend of our mother, Julia Roskam-Whitley. We will never forget Mary Jane's kindness, and how much it meant to Mom, when she traveled from New York to Central Florida for one last visit when she learned of Mom's cancer. We will always remember Mary Jane as being a second mother to us and how much we loved her, Mike and all the kids . We are enjoying a next-generation closeness with Donna and Ed now, having them close by at their winter home in Florida. It's a renewal of the wonderful friendship our parents shared throughout their lifetimes. With much love and many prayers, the Whitley children: Barbara W. Soluri, Julie W. Gilmour, Diane W. Davis, and Thomas Whitley, III, all residing in Florida. God Bless!

Julie and Family: In checking another obit, I found your mother's and I was shocked. I am so sorry. You did a wonderful job caring for a woman who cared for so many over the years including me. Lots of memories are popping into my heart as I type this. God bless you and the family as you continue to live her legacy. I will share a hug the next time I see you... Marybeth

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies on the passing of my favorite aunt. I feel badly I have not kept in touch over the years. She is however in a better place with Annette, uncle Mike , gram and her brothers - and be rest assured heaven is a better place with her there. All my love to everyone. Danny
